Big things are happening on Instagram if you missed it let me fill you in. Every Friday I will go live with a trainer or health coach. Each video will have 3 or more exercises and/or health tips you can apply to your everyday life.
Each video will be less than 10 minutes long and after I provide a written version of each exercise or health tip. This is my way of helping you get one set closer to reaching your goals whatever they are.
